In many outpatient clinics, I saw a gap between what active individuals actually need and what the traditional PT model delivers. High patient volumes, insurance restrictions, and limited access to strength-testing equipment often meant athletes and active adults weren’t getting the level of assessment or progression required for true performance rehab.

Most clinics relied on generic treatment routines and subjective measures. But for athletes, runners, and anyone returning to higher-level activity, that approach isn’t enough. Strength deficits need to be measured, progress needs to be tracked, and return-to-sport decisions should be based on objective data—not guesswork.

I started Force Labs Physical Therapy and Performance LLC to bring a performance-driven, strength-science approach to rehab. Here, sessions are one-on-one and built around measurable data. Using tools like dynamometers for force testing, and other objective assessments, we can accurately identify deficits, monitor progress, and design evidence-based programs that match the demands of your sport.

This model allows us to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Whether you’re recovering from injury, building strength, or preparing for sport, you’ll get clear metrics, individualized programming, and a system designed to help you return stronger with confidence backed by data.
